A statewide advocacy and education campaign highlighting the 24/7, 365-day role Tennessee hospitals play in their communities.

The Tennessee Hospital Association’s “Here for Every” campaign was designed to showcase the essential role hospitals play in communities across the state while educating Tennesseans about the policy and insurance challenges that affect access to care.

As part of this initiative, I developed consumer-facing educational content that translated complex healthcare finance and insurance concepts into plain language. My work included long-form articles, FAQs, video scripts, and messaging across digital and social channels.
