Adventist Health | OB/GYN Recruitment Campaign

A multi-touch physician recruitment campaign created for Adventist Health to attract OB/GYN providers to the Yuba-Sutter region through mission-driven storytelling, community narratives, and lifestyle-focused messaging.

This multi-touch campaign combined Medscape digital banners with a multi-part email nurture series designed to connect with OB/GYN providers on both a personal and professional level.

Rather than relying solely on job details or compensation messaging, the campaign highlighted purpose-driven care, women’s health access, community impact, and quality of life in Northern California.

Each email introduced a different dimension of the opportunity—from Adventist Health’s mission and community roots to the region’s culture, outdoor lifestyle, and growing need for women’s healthcare providers.
